Hi! I'm Milena a.k.a. Vitonicka, and I found myself in Wonderland... I mean, that's what I often think, because I’m endlessly curious and passionate about so many things. Especially about writing, art and traveling. I’m antevasin. An in-between. The one who lives by the border because renounces to the comfort of family life in order to seek enlightenment. And I decided to weave all of that into my work. But first, before that...

Some time ago, I finally took a leap of faith, left my soul-destroying marketing job, and wrapped everything in a wish to escape the hamster wheel, slow down, and unfold the life of a writer and artist in peaceful days. But over time, I realized I confused slowness and calm for stillness. And that doesn’t bring me joy either. It turned out that balance is the answer.​

• A touch of organized simplicity and a lot of creative mess.

• A few days in the city and plenty of time in nature.

• A quiet chez-moi, a lot of adventurous travel far from home.

• A little solitude to get work done, and plenty of time with cheerful friends all over the world. Perfetto!

But you know, I'm still figuring it out. It's the privilege of a lifetime – to become who you truly are. To see the world, things dangerous to come to. To see behind walls, draw closer to find eachother, and to feel.​ So that, at the end of your life, you can say: Non, je ne regrette rien. 🎶

Haha, as you may have noticed, I'm also a big movie nerd. A dreamer. A reader. A thinker. Someone who loves the sun, indie music, road trips, the mountains, Gandalf, mountains, cheese and pine trees.

Okay, I think I'll make myself a cup of coffee and accept the great adventure of being me. And whenever I come across something interesting along the way, I’ll write it down or draw it for you. If it brings me comfort, maybe it will bring you that too.
